You can use iBrickr but I use iPhoneList. You would also need to install SummerBoard from Installer if you haven't already. Then using iBrickr or whatever program you use to navigate to /var/root/Library/SummerBoard/Themes and put your themes there.

This is my first time trying, if you don't like you can ask someone who might do it. I tried to do the version you wanted and the bluish version I've also seen people use. Again if you don't like you can visit http://www.modmyifone.com/forums/sho...=graffiti+logo and request a carrier logo.
