heres mine , custom carrier logo(i forgot to load the other logo before i took the pic), mirror icon set, stock ringtones and alerts removed.

If you remove the default ringtones and what not and you have to do a restore. Do they get put back on there upon restore?

I zipped up the theme which you can download here.
It includes the bg, dock images and some space icons i quickly made.
