Evo, Juls actually started a thread in here about this. I'm having the same issues. I can count to five after hitting my SMS icon and the messages still don't come up. It's frustrating. Kaba mentioned to do a restore to new and use blackra1n rc2. He said he's having no lag with his 3g. Don't know if I really feel like going through all this again. What you think?

Well, I know it's only due to Winterboard and the amount of memory it uses. I'm sure 3GS users don't experience this. That's about the only thing I hate about JBing is the transitions stop at some point. When I first did a JB things were fine and had no problem, but now things seem to be starting up again. If I disable any SB theme it stops, but I get bored of stock quick. The icons are just generic and I get bored at looking at the same thing with no customization.

I'll try RC2 tonight and see how that goes, but I doubt it will fix the lag for 3G users. It's something that may need to be optimized through Winterboard.

So just something that I wanted to share that I thought was cool that I did last night. I am using the lock info gruppled theme and using the Tea Lockscreen as well. The default pictures for the changing wallpaper every three hours wasn't that great so I changed them dependant on their time of day. So a sunset photo for the sunset time, dusk photo for the dust time, and so on and so forth. This is the change from dusk to night and I thought it looked pretty cool!

The dust photo is of a farm with a dusk sky. Then the night is just a moon with stars around it. As you can see they fade into/out of each other. Pretty neat!

I ended up going with a 'ready-made' theme, iGlassSol. I'm still tinkering with a custom theme, but I like this one, for now.

Lock Screen:

Tea_Dusk...

Tea_Night...

I just changed them to a .png file when I put them into SSH. Also, the sunrise and morning seem to be reversed in the theme that's why they are like that here. Enjoy!
