i didn't use anything from cydia... that was part of a theme i used...

it's easy to do. you just need to change the page indicator icons to be real tall and skinny. like maybe 200px high and transparent except for the very top part where the icon is. I'm on my iphone now, or I'd give you more detailed information. let me know if you need help
