You're in the wrong Library themes. Not /private/var/mobile/Library, just /Library. See that bar at the top of Cyberduck with the path in it? Click it and select the root level (/). sean your themes ate always nice. Is everybody using SSH to create these detailed themes?

And WinterBoard. All of the extra stuff (clocks, weather, etc.) is HTML theming.
I'm curious what can I do through winterboard? I have some thmes through cydia but they all have things I don't like about them.
Anything, really. All elements of the iPhone are theme-able with it. Icons, sliders, volume fills, pop-ups, UIImages, everything. Read through this tutorial.
