In cydia, it is called wbapp. Though i believe you don't need it with this theme as it seems built in. I have the weather widget and it is not activated in winterboard.

Love the Font you have. How would i go about changing the name craig to my own personal name. I know about make it your own app, but than that changes font. Is there a way to ssh it to change the name?

In the file I attached, there's a sub directory that has the necessary files, simply photoshop them to your desired graphics.: Bundles/com.apple.ATT_US/*_CARRIER_ATT.png
One is for the Home screen the other is used to display in Apps. (light / dark, I forget which, but it will be obvious once you open the files...

1. Install this into your Themes directory
2. You need to edit the Private/configureME.js file to point to your area's Zipcode.
3. Activate NixieTubeDark in Winderboard
4. the Fonts.rar file contains info on installing the fonts you see on my iPhone.
5. the included NixiWallpaper.jpg is my background. Sync it to your phone's photos and set as wallpaper
6. The SBBadgeBG.png is the badge and needs to be put in /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/SBBadgeBG.png

I included many other Docks in the file if you wish to use them.
(Just rename them in the theme folder to Dock.png)

this might be a silly question, but how did you get the icon to the right of the digital clock to stay in the place without it trying to stay over the clock?

Add this source to Cydia, and download as many blank apps as you need.

That's how I got the empty spaces over the clock.
