I made them, quite a while ago actually. I've got similar icons for nearly every app, but I'm missing a handful of the new apps.

If you've got photoshop, just turn the icon BW, then set the opacity to 40%. Save it as a PNG with transparency and you're done!

My primary apps are on the left page, and my system apps/utilities are on the right page. The middle page has a blank app that I put there to act as a place holder so I can mimmic the affect of using Dock and hiding your Icons to show off your wallpaper.

Im using customize, which allows me to make icons invisible and arrange them. But when i make one invisible it removes it from the springboard. How can i get it to leave it there so that it still takes up space? How do i get a blank screen?

Here you go, this is the Blank application I've fashioned as a place holder.

Just upload it to your Apps directory and give it 555 permissions. Now, when you click it you'll see a quick title screen to let you know its there and working. Soo, if you can't find it, just start tapping in the blank areas, then hold and move it where you want.
