when you download the theme you have a choice of 4 wallpapers which are very easy to change in photoshop

the theme is called Hypnotic

Default I don't get how to have 12 blank apps.

Is there some sort of sheet that shows
all the directories of places you can put
images? I really really want a picture
of my car as the Slider to open it.
