No ATT signal after jailbreak - iPhone 3G

I ran PWNage 2.0 on my 3G phone. The process seemed normal and I could SSH into it when done, but I noticed this morning I get no ATT signal and Bluetooth is not working right.

I'm restoring back to factory default to see if I can get back to a working phone.

My phone messed up to. I'm restoring it now.

All the main programs were gone for some reason.

PWNage 2.0 just does not work for me.

No ATT signal at all after updating.

I have restored to factory defaults (downloading a new .ipsw) and it works fine with that.

I reinstalled PWNage 2.0 again and no ATT signal. I tried telling iTunes "setup as new phone" also and it made no difference.

I've done this 3 times now and same results each time.

So, at this point in time, I running the factory software.

That sucks. Doesn't bode well for the new JB. I'm gonna wait until Apple releases 2.0.1 anyway, since it seems imminent.

Where did you get that information? It seems that they would need to hurry and release something because I'm not the only one ive talked to who has issues with the 3G and the normal phone signal...they need to fix that asap!

I re-PWNed it again (4th time) but this time UNCHECKED activate in the general section and it appears to work now.

Yeah, this is a known factor with Pwnage previous version as well. If you're 'legit' with AT&T, not unlocked, 'Activate' needs to be deselected otherwise the phone won't play ball ...

So must we go into expert mode to deselect the Activate option or is Activate deselected by default when you say you're a "legit" iPhone user on AT&T?
