newbie to forum and iphone

hi there, im new to the iphone and this forum,
sorry if im asking same questions as others as i ve not gone through site yet,
but ive used ziphone to try and unlock my phone, but still cannot use any sim in it, ?
does anyone know a safe way to unblock my phone so i can use with any sim ?
