Does anyone know how to put NES games into NES app once the iPhone is jailbroken?
I'm not on an jailbreak any more, but I remember something about downloading them from the web, and transfer them to the iPhone via SSH/WinSCP!?
Also take a look here: Installing Nintendo games on your iPhone

I'M APPOHOLIC!
Beauty is a form of genius - is higher, indeed, than genius, as it needs no explanation!
Thanks, I'm a little ignorant to all this but what is SSH/WinSCP?
Sorry - you need to know about them!
SSH - is an app you install on your iPhone for transfer files via WinSCP, get "SSH" at your Installer or Cydia on an jailbreaked iPhone.
WinSCP is a kind of FTP program, where you can transfer files onto your iPhone. This program are free, and you can download it here: WinSCP
I don't use these any more, so I can't tell you how to setup, but take a look on the docs/guides at WinSCP!

I've downloaded WinSCP but it's asking me to login..When i do log in the login fails. I also downloaded ibrickr but when I hooked up my usb cord it's not saying it recognizes my phone. Will this work for firmware 2.2
The login name is root and the password is alpine. Try <redacted> for a lot of Roms. Just search on YouTube you will find all of your answers. Remember YouTube is the hackers friend it will teach you anything.

For Connection with iphone User name = root Password = alpine
First off you need to download the NES.app from installer.
Second, you need a FTP client to access your jailbroken iPod touch.
A client like winSCP or cuteFTP would work great (if you don't have
it, go search for winSCP or cuteFTP on google and you can download it).
Make sure you have SSHturned on through a Services app you can
download through installer.app If it's not working you might have
to go to installer.app and download OpenSSH applications that adds
another SSH to your Services. Upon using the FTP client put in your
I.P. / USERNAME: root / PASSWORD: alpine.
When you access all your folders go to
/var/mobile/media/ROMs/NES/
In the Media folder, create a new folder.
Name it ROMs and then go into it. In the folder ROMs that you just made, make another folder called NES.
Then once that is done you can go to this website provided >>
<redacted>
or find your own website. Download whichever files and extract it to your computer.
Copy the ROM files into that new created NES folder you made. Vuala! You're done...
Simple as that. Hope this helped

Please don't link to websites that host ROMs. They are illegal files and not permitted here.
