After restarting Springboard about 20 times I realized I had the 2.0+ firmware mQuickdo instead. I just installed the right version for the 3-day trial and it seems to be working really well.

I have a bit of difficulty getting the "slide quickly down, then up" feature to work but other than that, everything seems operational.

Does the searchbar automatically appear on the lockscreen and is it above the slide/tap to unlock? If so, can you take a screenshot of the lockscreen?

That said I'm sure when you get used to it it will be fine. As for me I only wanted task switching and found Kirikae to work better at it.

    YMMV.

I ended up uninstalling mQuickdo and installing kirikae. Thanks for the recommendation.

Mine appeared immediately on the lock screen following the installation.

mQuickdo, why couldn't you just work for me?
