I thought it would be funny to unlock one of the display phones at the apple store, but unfortunately their WiFi blocked the site.

on Tuesday I jailbreaked an iPod touch at the apple store UTC San Diego. They may have upgraded to 1.1.2 which is why you cant jailbreakme.com anymore.

Yup - the Gizmodo post was pretty good - store employees doing OT every night to reverse the 'fun' folks are having with jailbreaking does not seem too funny or cool. No offense to those doing it - I thought it was funny first time I saw a pic of a hacked one in a store, but when you see the real results, not so great ...

both will do the same thing as jailbreakme.com
