Default Jailbreak fine, but now Installer.app is Stuck

On a 16gb iPhone with 1.1.4 on AT&T.

Used ZiPhone to just jailbreak the phone (didn't unlock, activate, etc.), worked perfectly!

However, it seemed like a lot of applications asked me to download BSD Subsystem in order to work. Once I tried to download that package, I got this error message, which will not go away:

"Do not use passwd to change the password on 1.1.3, it is currently broken and will make SpringBoard crash continuously!"

I can't get this error message to go away, so I can't use Installer!!!

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Default OK doesn't work

For some reason the OK button doesn't work. I've tried pushing it every which way, and, nothing. It just stays there, taunting me.

Default Sleep is fine

if you mean the button on top of the iPhone, yes, when I push it the screen goes completely black.

Default Related?

I don't know if this problem is related or not, but since jailbreaking the phone, using the camera is VERY slow..ie, I take a picture, and have to wait 5-10 minutes before the "shutter" opens and I can take another photo.

have you tried a soft reset (home+sleep until it reboots)?
