you should be-able to on at&t just use your sim what about data thou you have data on your plan? now yes on the restore it will put it back to spec's
other option is the pay as you go with out a contract throu itunes plan is like 69.00 a month but no contract not to many min with that plan .but unlimited data... just use someone's else name for the go plan if you choose . good luck on it  |
