itunes doesnt pick up my iphone at all!

my iphone recently deleted all my music and videos..
i have appsnap. but idk what gives..
need help.

thats because your probably running an older version of itunes, i had the same problem, but i upgrade to 7.3 and it worked fine..try that and see if it works

yea i got 7.4 but i dont know whats wrong.. i connect and doesnt even pick up my iphone at all..
it deleted all my songs and videos for some reason.. but what if i update to 7.5 itunes?

i believe if your using an unlocked iphone, upgrading to 7.5 will relock it, im not sure, you may want to confirm that. im using 7.3 and it works fine.

idk what to do now... my iphone is now messed up due to the customize glitch and my screen is now a blank screen with ipod on the corner..
my comp doesnt pick up my iphone so i cant restore..
im stuck :/

reinstall itunes, restart pc/phone try again

or if not put phone into recovery mode and go to ibrickr 0.91 and make it get out of recovery mode
