iphone wont let me delete icons..help!

for some reason my iphone wont allow me to delete icons that i uploaded from installer...for example games....i hold down the icon but the little red x never shows up!...to delete i have to go back into installer and uninstall if i want to delete....can someone plz help me on this one????......

You must uninstall them with uninstall, on installer.

what?...i use to be able to use the new feature that allows u to hold it down, wait until they all shake, then delete whatever i want using the little red x..its the feature that all iphones have with 1.1.4.

That applies only to Weblinks applied to the home screen through Safari

soo ur saying that i cant delete icons like "youtube" using that new feature on 1.1.4??....
