Default iPhone Restore after Unlock

I have an iPhone with the 1.1.4 firmware, and, out of sheer curiosity, unlocked it. After that, I decided to "virginize" the iPhone and selected the "iErase BL 3.9 baseband refurbish" in ZiPhone. After this, the iPhone was put in recovery mode so I restored it to a fresh 1.1.4 firmware.

The question is, do I have a "locked" iPhone? I don't want to run into any disasters when upgrading to software 2.0 next week.

If its on 1.1.4 and you didnt use ZiPhone or any other program like that, you shouldnt have any problems with 2.0.
