iPhone isn't found on iTunes after jailbreak

I recently jailbroke my iPhone using Pwnage Tool and everything went well. I restored it using the custom .ispw and then started to install some packages from Cydia. I don't know why, but after I did something, my iTunes doesn't see that my phone is there anymore. I know it is connected to the computer because the charging screen comes up, but there is no "iPhone" in the sidebar and the ImageCapture prompt doesn't come up. Can someone please help?

Update: sorry, but a simple reboot of my computer fixed the issue. Mods, please close this thread.
