time to restore and jailbreak setting up as a new phone then sync all your contacts, email, etc. then you can install everything you had before. next time dont add the add famous sources without researching, there is a rather large post around here talking about them saying they are not good and will crash your phone. good luck

Quite honestly, your best solution to all of your problems is to upgrade and use PwnageTool. I realize that you do not want to lose all of your modifications, but being at the current firmware and using Pwnage will make things a lot simpler.

I'm assuming you have SSH access to your iPhone. If you don't, you need to install it. Once you've accessed your phone, ensure that the folder named Installer.app is removed from the /Applications folder. Then all of it's support files (these are all file with the word 'Installer' in them, so you'll just have to search to find them) inside the /var folder should be deleted.

I have no idea what version of Cydia will run on the 1.1.3 firmware. Installer 3 is what version of that app, you'll need, but you'll have to get Cydia through Installer. Find a download link to Installer 3 - Installer 4, the latest release, won't work on 1.1.3 - and transfer the app to your iPhone's /Applications folder via SSH. Launching it should create it's support files and make it work again. You can connect to irc.saurik.com for help on getting Cydia.

Again, it would be quite wise to just go for it and upgrade. All of apps made for the 1.x firmwares are being ported to the 2.x firmwares, and even if you do get Installer & Cydia working on 1.1.3, there will hardly be anything for you to install/update in a few weeks. You would also be able to get help with issues a lot faster. Just my recommendation.
