Angry Incoming call number format

Whenever I receive a phone call on my iPhone I'm unable to identify who the caller is since the format number for incoming calls includes the prefix +56 (my country code), which is not on my contacts list’s numbers. For instance, my boyfriend’s number is 9 xxx xx xx but when he calls me, the iPhone show +559 xxx xx xx.

First I thought this was related to the caller’s phone but now I’m not so sure.

Any ideas?

PS: I already enabled International support and configured the region format for my country but the problem persists.
