Also need to make sure that you right click blackra1n.exe and hit the "unblock" button on the bottom right in the General tab, then in the compatibility tab, I selected the "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and selected Windows XP Service Pack 2 in the drop box. However, the selections will vary from person to person, Windows XP is the base that should be selected whether it be service pack 2, 3 or just Windows XP.
