I just got my 16gb Iphone..I need as much help as possible..I was looking to add games, and modify my screen. How do I do this..Also how do I install yahoo instant messenger on my phone.. Please help me, as it is very hard for me to go through the whole forum..someone has to actually type for me as I am paralyzed from waist down..Thanks for all your help..Someone please help me..

Do a google search for the iphone dev team blog. Then look at the pwnage tool. It has all the instructions you'll need to jailbreak your phone which will allow for third party apps like you want.

Also there is Ziphone where al you do is restore your phone then press jailbreak.

Yeah, def do a restore, new phone(not from a backup), stop it from syncing in iTunes, close iTunes, select "Jailbreak" on ZiPhone 3.0, 60 seconds your done.
