Default I Finally Did it

Ladies and Gentlemen i finally found the courage to jailbreak my phone. I know to some of you it might not be big news, but to me its like WOW. I love my iPhone evern more now. The Capabilities with a jailbroken phone are endless. If you every had any doubts to jailbreak trust me, you will want to do it. the little NEs emulator is the BomB diggity(Slang for the best). Ziphone is so easy to use. I'm still learning how to use and install the app installers and all that, but soon i will have Apollo working for me. Before i forget i was a true warrior yesturday cause not only did i jailbreak it but i also punched the holes in the speaker. There i have just conquered one of my fears now to move on to the next which is Commitment.

lol I bought my phone already jailbroke from a friend, so to me it's nothing special. The NES emulator is cool at first, but there really isn't any great NES games to play on the iPhone that are fun. The GBA emulator would of been better, but it's too glitchy.

No? NES isn't really that great, SNES is much better. I actually got the SNES bug and bought the console and a bunch of games I played as a kid, but after awhile of playing it, it just got old and I sold it to a friend.

I'm too much into the latest gameplay and graphics of xbox 360 to ever really care about playing the classic games anymore. Does that make me less cool now?

Saying that NES games aren't fun doesn't have anything to do with cool it means you don't enjoy games for gameplay anymore rather than pretty colors and voice acting. NES games are the games that I grew up on which had fun games include, Contra, ALL SMB games, Excitebike, Donkey Kong, etc. Saying a platform isn't fun because it's predecessor is better (obviously if it's made by the same company) is like saying the MBA i better than the MBP becuase it's thin.

Too each his own, right?

The only time I would be able to find time to play a NES emulator on my phone would be when I am home, and then I might as well just plug it into my big screen TV and play it there than on a tiny screen. So what is your point exactly? This thread was about jailbreaking and you've completely de-railed it.

Give yourself a pat on the back.

Go find a thread on EiC where it hasn't been derailed. It's pretty much the circle of forumhood.
