How to trash iphone ??
I need to get it replaced by apple, screen problems. After jailbreak with Ziphone, Ziphone won't let me refurbish. I keep getting an error. I'm on 1.1.4 and i'm with at&t. I don't want apple to know i've done anything to it. Or will a restore in itunes wipe clean ?? Any info.........

I'm pretty sure that a restore will do the trick for you.

if you still have a problem after you restore with jailbroken stuff still on the iPhone then you need to restore and set it up as. New phone. This will ensure nothing gets left over.

Sometimes it freezes up, and then it will start to flicker and flash black and white lines on the whole screen. It's getting very annoying. Yesterday I turned on, and it said this phone can't make or receive calls, to call apple support. CRAZY.........

Did you run a refurbish and it crashed and then these problems started happening? I was running a refurbish once and it crashed half way through, and I got the same symptoms as you did.
A simple reboot of the PC and another refurbish fixed the problem. Quote:

I have also seen some third party apps from installer do the same thing. Black white lines and freezes.

I've tried refurbish 3 times, keep getting an error right before it's done. I think I may have installed a bad app or something. I did get it to restore in iTunes. And I set up as a new phone. Going to apple store tomorrow, hopefully get a new one. I'll just have to show my a**.
