Save the file and upload it back to your iphone and install Summerboard making sure not to restore your sources beforehand.
I'm not on 1.1.4 yet, so I can't see if SB works myself.
i no you can do this through ibrickr but ibrickr doesnt recognize my phone as jb. i no there was a post on this somewhere and i did a search but couldnt find it. what is the app that makes ibrickr recognize the jb and what is the source for it.
thank you

Thanks for trying this out. Now I know I've got some options if I get eager and wind up upgrading to 1.1.4 in the next couple of days.
Does 1.1.4 actually feel faster, or is that only because you're coming off a fresh restore? I've seen mixed reports on this but haven't gotten anything concrete yet.

Seems the same to me. And I really don't think this release has anything in it that would increase speed. Prolly just the placebo effect, again. No doubt there will be reports of louder speakers, quieter speakers, better battery life, worse battery life... you get the picture!

Thanks Mike!
And yeah, haha so true about that last bit. My favorite is the late comers who post new additions to a firmware they've recently discovered only to find out it was implemented in a previous update. "1.1.4 adds caps lock!"

lol, yea I forgot about the "look what's new!" that isn't really new reports.
Comes with the territory, I suppose.
The big thing to me, though, is if this is the last update before SDK apps are released. I expected another update after 1.1.3, but didn't think it would be as minor as it was. OTOH, I seriously doubt they'll release another update in just one week (knock wood).

That's all I used under 1.1.3, but for 1.1.4 I used ZiPhoneWin-2.4.exe.
That said I've since seen it confirmed that 2.3 will jailbreak 1.1.4 without issue too.
