How to configure for Costa Rica Internet??

I just paid to get internet access on my unlocked iphone from ICE, Costa Rica's phone network but I don't know how to connect. Is this even possible?

First I go to Network settings, then EDGE, then I enter "icecelular" , then guest, guest. But it still says I need to set up the L2TP VPN info. I don't know what to put here. It keeps saying that it can't connect to my server. The only other thing I can see to put here is http://wap.google.com which is what I found on ICE's website, thanks for you help!
