Default How to backup home screen bookmarks?

I assume a restore removes all bookmarks you've created on the home screen. Is there any way to back these up so that they can be put back after a restore. Phone is jailbroken.

They remain after a restore.

If you'd like to back them up, or even share with other jailbreakers, just browse to:

/var/mobile/Library and copy the WebClips folder to your computer.

Unfortunately I lost my webclips during a jailbreak. Its advised not to restore your old profile to allay any permissions issues that should arise later.

Backing them up as described above worked liek a charm. I just dropped that WebClips folder back into my /var/mobile/Library directory and was good to go.
