how can i sync backup my 1.0.2 iphoen to a 1.1.2 iphone ?itunes version ? ?

ok i have a 1.0.2 iphone unlocked that i have had for a long time ,

i just got a 1.1.2 iphone unlocked that i want to now use .


what is my best way to sync with itunes ( which version of itunes )

so i can save all my backups phone numbers , emails , texts . everything photos ?


is it possible ?


im afraid to even put either phone on itunes im afraid it will ruin my unlocked phone ? ? ? ?

all i want to do is back my old 1.0.2 iphoen with itunes and load up all my contact info and settigns into the new 1.1.2 iphone ?
