How can I put MANUALLY some photos and music without using iPhoto or iTunes?
I KNOW it's not officially possible, but I was wondering in what way, via SSH, I could solve this problem...What are the right directories? Where can I put photos and music manually? Is that possible?

Not possible. The location information for each of the files are maintained in database files on the phone so even though you can copy the images and music files themselves onto the phone, the built in viewers wont be able to detect them being there.
