Help with Installer

I just used ziphone to jailbreak my phone and everything seemed to work fine. I synced all my crap to it after, I installled Tap Tap Revo and played that, but I installed a camera app and tried that out. I tried to take a pic with it and it was saving the pic for like 3 minutes so i tried going to the home screen. It was frozen there so i pushed the sleep button. After waking it i was at the home screen so i went to installer and uninstalled it. The icon was still on the home screen so i turned off my phone. When i turned it back on the icon was gone but i cant install anything now! It always says Package download failed!
Any ideas?

ok I am able to install some apps but not the NES one...
