HELP, taking iphone to Apple

Hey guys, my phone has been acting up. It always freezes and restarts itself, and also the speakers dont work. i had a bunch of mods on there, NOT UNLOCKED. I just restored it to look stock, is there any way apple can still tell it was modded?

no they cant..i dropped my phone and returned it and it was modded i unmodded it and brought it back they had no idea there is no way to tell once you restore it usiing apples restore
