Help! iphone going crazy!!

Ever since I jailbroke my phone and installed some of the apps included with it my phone is going crazy. It takes awhile to show the txts ive sent or received, when I shut it off it starts flashing these wierd black and white lines and my ants get in lines across the screen, and it also will just go back to the springboard right in the middle of me doing stuff!! What do I do? Help Please?
