Help in downloading jailbreakme

I am trying to download appsnap from the site jailbreakme.com directly from the iphone (as it's written on the web because it won't work on pc) but the problem after 2min of installing my iphone browser automatically close and nothing happen how can i install it please help

It's supposed to make Safari crash, that is the result of the TIFF exploit.

Let it sit for about a minute. If nothing happens, keep re-visiting the website. Sometimes it takes a few tries.

It took me three times before it worked.. Just make sure your on wifi, and turn off your auto-lock so your screen doesn't go black, then visit the website and let it sit for about 10 minutes.

took me 2 tries... if you see the blue question mark your dead in the water and have to restore and try again... but if safari crashes and goes to the activation screen just let it sit and you will get a call from 1... answer it and it will freeze after a few seconds... then just restart and your good to go... if you go to www.hacktheiphone.com they have a video showing the step by step so you can see exactly how its sopouse to look when it happens

I didn't have to do the calling form 1 thing, for some reason. Mine just crashed, then went back to the Slide to Unlock screen. There was Installer.

Took me two days of trying on the site, but it just worked...it is well worth the effort!!

I need to retry the jailbreakme download but I need to do a restore first.

Does anyone know how to restore the iPhone??? I don't want to activate it through AT&T. Just want to restore it so I can try again. PLEASE HELP as I have looked and looked with no success. Everyone mentions restoring but doesn't say HOW to do it. I have version 1.1.1 and would like to do the full unlock using the software method that everyone is using.
