Thanks, Mike. My brother, who's a new iPhone owner, wants me to jailbreak his iPhone on Friday. I'm going to try it on mine in a few minutes to see how it goes.

Update: Wow! It really is as easy as advertised! Two or three minutes and you're jailbroken!

Further update: Crap -- I don't have any ringtones or system sounds anymore! I can't hear a thing!

thanks for posting, i was tired of downgrading and then working my way back up to a jailbroken 1.1.3 this saves a lot of time

Okay, I have 1.1.3 jailbroken. Everything seems to work now except for email. The mail app opens, then closes again after a few seconds. Any ideas?
