This is the real jailbreak! I first tried it on an already (soft) jailbroken 1.1.3 and it didn't appear to work. So since this was originally developed for OTB iPhones it seemed better to start from scratch. Doing it again now...Originally Posted by mittenman

Yeah, those soft upgrades didn't seem to be worth the hassle to me, let us know the deal!!!
Do you have to do a full restore as in don't allow it to resync your contacts and such? or is it okay to let it do so?
Just to be clear, will this work with my Jaibroken and Unlocked 1.1.1 OTB that is upgraded to 1.1.2.?

So, I guess not thenUnlock and Imei changer will work ONLY on 4.6 BL (112 and 113 ootb).
Don't use this to unlock BL 3.9 iPhones! But they can be unlocked with Geohot's IPSF method first, then updated to 1.1.3 and jailbroken using Ziphone.

so if i restore my iphone to 1.1.3 via itunes... i can just use ur method and jailbreak it then unlock with anysim?
btw i have bl 3.9 and can we use any itunes?
It's already unlocked. So, at what point does it get relocked to the use Geohots IPSF method?
will this work on a mac? thanks!
