Erica's post - linked earlier in this thread - seems pretty clear that it is dead for her. The comments on her post include several from on of the guys at Gracenote, who run the service the app was using, - he mentions that Apple is a partner of theirs and encourages users to let Apple know they'd like to see it on the iPhone. So ... could be revived by Apple, sounds like the $ involved in paying for the service are too big for individual devs ...
