Default Cydia is not cooperating

I just updated and JB my 3G from 2.2 to 2.2.1

I lodaed cydia and I am trying to get all the stuff that I had on my phone. When I try to install anything in Cydia I am getting a messaging saying that the program (WInterboard for example) "cannot be found in your current sources. I might reccomend installing more sources."

This is something I have never ran into before. I am not understanding how I can fix this cydia problem. PLEASE HELP!

On the Cydia home page, select "More Package Sources" and install some.

So that problem seemed to have resolved on it's own. A new Cydia problem has risen:

When I try to download (in this instance So. Park ringtones) itll begin to download and then itll tell me "Size mismatch." What does that mean and how do I fix it?
