Cydia and Customize co-exisring
how would i be able to get a theme from cydia and use it on winterboard but then at the same time use a dock wallpaper from customize to go behind my theme...can anybody help me

What do you mean by "dock wallpaper" ? Do you mean a dock & wallpaper?
First, download/apply the theme you want from cydia like normal, then go to customize, download the theme you want that has the dock/whatever in it, then go to the main screen of customize and go to "Customize Images/Sounds>System Images>Dock" then find the theme that you just downlaoded and apply that dock.
