customize not working

How do you get customize to work, i downloaded it from the installer. But when i click on it, it just sits there and then closes down. I had it working on my other iphone, but on this one it doesn't want to work.

yea, when I first installed it I had to open and let it close itself maybe three or four times before it finally opened. Kinda wierd, but it should work eventually.
