Not sure about changing the battery images but to edit the Slide to Unlock text, edit the SpringBoard.strings file in /System/Library/CoreServices/Springboard.app/English.lproj/.

It's easier to edit the file on your PC and send it back to your phone.

I put the duracell battery on my iPhone - no fill.png that I could find. Just the 17 battery stage pngs that you have to upload.

I just answered your other post. Go into SpringBoard.app. It's really a folder. Sneaky, eh? In there, you'll find the battery images.

In the Finder app's settings, do you have Application Launch turned on? If so, turn it off and try again.

Maybe one day if the iphone ever gets a zip-like program.

Until then it's one by one, or else use WinSCP or the Mac equivalent to drag and drop multiple files if you've installed OpenSSH on your iphone. WinSCP is free.
