cant install BSD Subsystem and cannot uninstall apps

so i just bought an iphone yesterday, thought id need to jailbreak it but i dont have to because its already been done.

But there are these apps that i want to uninstall but i cant seem to do it. I go to installer, uninstall but i dont see them, i only see "community sources" and "installer. How would i uninstall them?

Then when i try to install other apps such as appolo it says i need BSD Subsystem, so i scroall down to bsd subsystem and when i try installing that it says i also need bsd subsystem to install bsd subsystem.....

I'm also having problems installins BSD Subsystem. It shows up under the uninstall section but says reinstall in the top right hand corner. I've tried multiple times and even did a restore and rejailbroke but no luck.
