Can i downgrade / install 3rd party apps...
Hi, I have just bought an iphone that is on 1.1.1 and I have been informed that it has been unlocked using SOFTWARE. I was wondering if there is a safe process for me to either downgrade or install 3rd party apps. Sorry - but I am new to the community.
