Oh and it looks like he is adding blacksn0w to Cydia later today, so if you're already jailbroken with blackra1n you should be able to grab the unlock via Cydia.

Right now im on 3.1.2, Im not jailbroken or nothing, im officially all apples software. Can I just down load the application and hit make it rain, and I can unlock it to use it with any carrier?
I don't have a NonATT sim card to try it but the unlock went smooth as far as not causing any problems.
