HI guys im wondering if i need to do anything before i do the update to 3.1.2 and then unlock and JB. Im currently on 3.0 right now and im downloading the new update as i type this.

Hi-Phone, restore to 3.1.2 factory settings if you are currently jailbroken and then run blackra1n and blacksn0w. If you're currently stock, just upgrade to 3.1.2 and then run blackra1n.
