Attempting to unlock/JB...Need help please

I am selling my V1 2.0 iPhone and I am attempting to unlock it now on my PC.

I am using winpwn and when I get to the advanced tab the iclarified directions say to check the unlock baseband box and to load the 3.9 and 4.6 files. All of these items are greyed out and not available for me to check or load.

When I tried to DL the .NET framework 2.0 I got an error message saying it was not compatable with what I already had. I checked and I have 1.1 with the 2.1 service pack. Am I good with this or could this be my problem?

Also, when during the process am I supposed to open iTunes and connect my phone.
