after upgrading to 1.1.3 via *************** way i cant install apps

ok so i followed the guide on youtube to do the upgrade and jailbreak from 1.1.2 to 1.1.3. Everything works perfectly exept for the fact that when i try installing an app it says installing then when its done it jstu goes to the home screen and the app is not there !

is there something else i have to install first?

I'd just like to add that I was able to install a theme. I didnt see any change on my iPod(maybe I have to set the theme?) but I did see that I could uninstall it in installer

when i set a theme and went to home..it didnt show.
after rebooting it a couple times just from doing other things it then appeared.
