Accidentally Hid my Icons

Hey there. I think I did a Newb move on my Iphone. I was using customize for the first time and I was trying to customize the icons in the dock. I was hitting on the little eyes on the right, left my Iphone for 2 minns to go to the kitchen and when I got back I hit the home button and now I only have 4 Icons on my screen. Text, Installer. And on the bottom (Dock) only Phone and Safari. I have no access to anything else. Is there a way I can get back to customize to get everything put back on?

1. use installer to install "mobilefinder"

2. use mobilefinder to load customize

3. get back your icons

Then afterwards you can:

If you are on a Windows machine download a program called ibrickr. Use that program to install another program called Dock. Dock will put a small sunburst in the lower right of your screen. You put your finger on it and it will open up with an arc of icons and you will be able to get to installer. Then open Installer, install Summerboard and you will be able to scroll through your icons.
