Do you think some of the Devs are waiting to port their JB apps onto 3.0 until the 3GS is unlocked?
Was there this much JB app incompatibly last year at this time when 2.0 was released.

Yeah, I remember I stayed on a 1.1.4 JB forever because of the delay in 2.0-compatible apps. I hope it goes quicker this time, because I'm ready to to JB as soon as it's available for the 3GS.

Whoa! I didn't think you were going to jailbreak. What made you change your mind? Are you just planning on testing it to make sure the lag isn't too bad and then stick with it if it isn't?

I've had my 3.0 3G JailBroken since this past Monday. So far everything is running smoothly. There is a few things that aren't working from Cydia yet, biggest one for me being BACKGROUNDER! I have Pandora running all day at work and it's just annoying when I get a text and have to shut off the music!

I may be going to pick up a 3GS if I can find one tomorrow(Friday). Hopefully a JB for it comes out... Tomorrow?

Yes there were lots of apps that didn't get ported over right away last year.

I hear ya. My phone is so plain...i can't stand it!!
