All I know is that my friend downloaded both Rock and Cydia and nothing in winterboard worked. He had to restore, rejailbreak, and then only DL Cydia. Maybe more people can weigh in with similar experiences.

If your going to Jailbreak via Blackra1n then only download 'Cydia'

You can download 'Rock' and all the extensions through Cydia at your own leisure.

'Icy' is something which I wouldn't bother with, it's nice to look at but it doesn't work for me, I've encountered problems using it. For example when removing a package i.e from cydia, you know its gone. But with Icy, it tells you it's gone when in fact it's still there.

Stick with Cydia, it works!

blackra1n is horrible, dont even try and jailbreak your program with this thing, trust me, i know what im telling you...

You may think this is another "personal attack" - however, this post is one of the worst ive ever read!

Blackra1n is the easiest and effortless jailbreak tools there has ever been. Period.

Exactly. It takes your stock iPhone and JB's it within 30 seconds. Superb.

I jailbroke using blackra1n, downloaded cydia and icy. Seemed to work fine. I used cydia more simply because Im more familiar with it rather than icy. But winterboard work having both downloaded.
